RETURNS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
- Item(s) may be returned for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. Returns after 15 days will not be refunded.
- Item(s) may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
- To ensure appropriate credit, please return item(s) by mail and include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining the reason for return.
- All returned items must be in brand new condition, and returned with tags still attached in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
- All returns are subject to evaluation and we reserve the right to refuse return of items not in the condition that they were purchased in or that are damaged or destroyed.
- Invoice must be included with returns for refund or exchange.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, washed or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item and review your order to confirm eligibility for refund.
- If refund criteria is met, we will issue a refund back to the account you used to make your original purchase.
- You will be notified by email once item has been received and refund has been issued.
- Please allow a least 1-2 weeks from ship date for refund and processing time.
- Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item and review your order to confirm eligibility for exchange.
- To exchange an item do one of the following:
- call us at 540.342.2280 and let us know the new item you wish, and we will pull it and hold it for you if item is available.
- include a note in the return package explaining the reason of the exchange and the new item wished (style number, size and color). Note: Be aware product sells out fast and exact replacements are not always possible.
- An email notification will be sent when item is sent.
