Refunds & Exchanges

Christy's will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached. (Upon receipt of returned goods, Christy's reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.) ALL SALE MERCHANDISE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

You may return merchandise by mail for a full refund within fifteen (15) days from the shipment date. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Christy's does not refund shipping and handling charges.

Refunds are processed within approximately fourteen (14) days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Christy's.

To exchange an item, YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM YOU DO NOT WANT AND PLACE A NEW ORDER. The item must be returned within 15 days of shipment date. Unfortunately we cannot automatically process exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Christy's, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any taxes that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Christy's. These charges will be deducted from the amount credited to the original form of payment.
